Due to expansion, we are recruiting for Multi Skilled Operators for our permanent day or night shifts to join our team at the Nuneaton facility. This role offers the opportunity to gain a forklift license and involves maintaining the flow of stock and packaging into our Prepack 1 and Prepack 2 operations.

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, days 6am - 6pm or nights 6pm – 6am

Salary: £30,636.48 - £34,171.44 per annum / £14.02 - £15.64 per hour + site bonus scheme

Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring and recording quality and temperature checks on all inbound stock
2. Dispatching finished products to storage
3. Maintaining high standards of H&S and food safety in line with Manufacturing Performance Systems (MPS)
4. Identifying continuous improvement opportunities
5. Proposing cost-saving initiatives

Ideal Candidate:
