Our client

Manufacturers of fire rated and security products are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Operative to join their Redditch team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well‑established company with a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and employee development. This position will lead to a permanent contract within the company, after a successful trial period.

Role Details

• Fabrication and Welding Experience
• Press brake experience
• Painting and powder experience
• Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the production process
• Carrying out basic maintenance and quality checks
• Working as part of a supportive, fast‑paced team

Weekly shift pattern and Pay Rate

• 08.00am – 16.30pm
• Monday to Friday
• Competitive starting pay of £14.50 per hour leading to £15.00 when completed 13 weeks.
