Job summary

Antac is seeking a Multi Skilled Operative to perform maintenance and refurbishment on MoD Housing properties across Larkhill, Tidworth and Bulford. You will handle planned and reactive tasks, install and upgrade bathrooms and kitchens, and support general refurbishment works.

Ideal candidates have multi-trade experience, own hand tools, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to pass security clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience across carpentry, plumbing, roofing, plastering or related trades.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance tasks across MoD Housing properties.
• Quality and compliance checks during refurbishment works.
• Upgrade bathrooms and kitchens as part of refurbishment projects.
• Assist with general refurbishment and repair works.
• Carry out external repairs including fencing and groundworks.

We are looking for Multi Skilled Operatives to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. You will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and refurbishment projects on MoD Housing properties across Larkhill, Tidworth and Bulford.

We are ideally looking for someone with carpentry or plumbing experience however, if you have experience with roofing, plastering and more we’d like to hear from you!

What are we looking for?

• Previous multi trade experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Own hand tools
• Ability to pass security clearance
