Job description

The postholder will be expected to:

  • Apply their skills to service, test, diagnose, repair and calibrate advanced mechanical & electrical systems, plant and equipment, deal with new situations as they arise and pass on knowledge to others.
  • Undertake a multi-skilled role to carry out maintenance, repairs and inspection of building, mechanical and electrical services, associated systems, plant and equipment in accordance with relevant standards and operational procedures.
  • Work rotational shifts to cover sickness and annual leave of Chargehand Technicians, which ensures 24 hour on site cover.
