You will deliver the very best customer service from a temporary repair to a project, placing the customers’ needs at the forefront of every job undertaken. You will be required to use the University’s Facilities Management software to update it with the current status of all jobs issued and take an active part in team meetings to ensure that best practice and estate issues are shared and discussed openly.

The summer period is normally an extremely busy period, and total annual leave should not exceed 10 days during this period. You will be issued a uniform and will be provided with the tools necessary to allow you to carry out your work.

Up to 34 days’ leave per year (inclusive of bank holidays and University closure days), rising to 39 total days after 5 years’ continuous service.
