Salary: Basic up to £50,000

An exciting new role for a Mechanically Bias Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer has arisen for a large FMCG / GMP Company. This is an exciting time to join the business as the company is going through substantial growth and are investing heavily into their site. For this role they will look at a Mechanical Bias Engineer with Electrical skills that have worked in a Food, Manufacturing, FMCG environment where you can demonstrate your experience working in GMP / Good manufacturing practice environment. Health & safety is a big focus for the business, and they are looking for people to join them through this exciting journey.

Skills required for the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Must hold a Mechanical Engineering Qualifications and have some Electrical Knowledge, Experience or Qualifications.
• Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a Mechanical Bias (70% Mechanical, 30% Electrical)
• Have mechanical fault-find, repair and breakdown experience as well as some form of electrical experience.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, Food, Pharmaceutical, Process, GMP environment.
• Ideally worked on continuous improvement projects.
• Proactive attitude and willing to learn new skills
• Must be happy to work a rotating shift of days and nights (4on 4off)
