Engineering Technician (Multi‑Skilled)

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a Multi‑Skilled Engineering Technician to join a high‑performing manufacturing facility in Deeside. You will play a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency by delivering effective maintenance across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a dynamic and safety‑conscious environment.

This role is ideal for an experienced and adaptable engineer who enjoys solving complex problems across multiple technical disciplines. If you have a background in manufacturing or process industries and a hands‑on approach to maintenance, this position offers a chance to develop further within a collaborative and safety‑driven team.

Salary
  • 45,612.49 base salary
  • + 7,046 shift allowance
  • + 10% potential bonus
  • + opportunities for overtime
Shifts
  • 6am till 2pm
  • 2pm till 10pm
  • rotational with flexibility for a night shift as and when needed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance on a broad range of plant equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Carry out electrical testing and inspections in accordance with 18th Edition regulations.
  • Support equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning.
  • Lead or contribute to fault‑finding and continuous improvement initiatives.
