The Role

• Carry out reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a wide range of production machinery
• Work safely and proactively to reduce downtime and drive equipment reliability
• Diagnose faults, identify root causes, and implement practical improvements
• Support and plan site inspections, repairs, and maintenance schedules
• Collaborate with the wider Engineering team to deliver continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing or FMCG environment
• Level 3 qualification in Engineering (or equivalent) and ideally 18th Edition certification
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault‑finding skills
• A proactive team player with a problem‑solving mindset
