Job summary

Hunter Selection is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer in Bristol to join a busy manufacturing site. The role involves planned and reactive maintenance across production equipment, with a focus on reliability and safety.

You will diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, support continuous improvement projects and work with conveyors, motors, drives, hydraulics and pneumatics to optimise plant performance. Rotating days and nights offered.

Qualifications

• Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent qualifications.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, FMCG, heavy industry or industrial environment.
• Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills.
• Multi-skilled maintenance background.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults.
• Support continuous improvement and reliability projects.
• Work on conveyors, motors, drives, hydraulics, pneumatics and related manufacturing equipment.
• Contribute to plant performance, efficiency and safety initiatives.
