This client is a fast‑paced production facility, experiencing substantial growth.

The Person

• Worked as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Technician / Multi‑Skilled Engineer
• NVQ Level 3 trained
• Trustworthy, Motivated, Problem Solver
• Experienced in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient written, numerical, and verbal skills
• Good computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office family of products
• Experience with Maintenance Management Systems & software

The Role

• Reactive maintenance – responding to breakdowns to ensure production is back running as quickly and safely as possible
• Attend breakdowns promptly and make repairs to the best quality
• Complete regular machine maintenance programmes to reduce downtime and complete relevant paperwork
• Planned Preventative Maintenance – ensure planned maintenance is carried out in line with the site schedule
• Liaise with other departments to ensure tasks are completed with little to no impact on operations
• Manage Health and Safety – ensure all engineering work meets the requirements of Quality, Safety, Health & Environment policies & procedures

This role works Monday to Friday – Days – 08:00 am to 17:00 pm.

Call–outs will be required on a rota basis (1 week in 6).

Salary: £48,000 pa – £49,000 pa + call‑out allowance & overtime.
