Hours: Week 1: Monday to Friday, 7am–5pm | Week 2: Monday to Friday, 11am–7pm

We’re recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join the Mill Engineering team at our client’s leading agricultural production site in Lincolnshire.

This is an opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking engineering team responsible for maintaining and improving the performance of complex feed manufacturing machinery and equipment. You’ll play a key role in keeping production efficient, safe, and running smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on a wide range of production equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults quickly and efficiently to minimise downtime.
  • Support continuous improvement and reliability projects across the site.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Work collaboratively with operations to optimise performance and production output.
About You
  • You’ll bring a solid engineering background and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have:
  • BTEC Level 4 (or equivalent) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 17th Edition electrical qualification.
  • A mechanical qualification and hands-on maintenance experience.
  • A flexible, organised approach with strong interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
