Job summary

Pioneer Selection is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical bias) for their Thatcham site in Berkshire. The role covers reactive and planned maintenance on packaging equipment, ensuring reliability and efficiency across the site.

Rotating shifts apply, with opportunities for progression in a global manufacturing group. The ideal candidate will hold an electrical qualification (Level 3 minimum) and have experience in a manufacturing environment.

Salary: £52,000 + Overtime
Shift Pattern: Rotating 3 Shift Pattern

• Monday – Thursday: 06:00 – 14:00 | Friday: 06:00 – 11:30

• Monday – Thursday: 14:00 – 22:00 | Friday: 11:30 – 17:00

• Monday – Thursday: 22:00 – 06:00 | Friday: 17:00 – 22:30

Job Role of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• PLC fault finding experience (Siemens S5/S7, Allen Bradley RSLogix 500)
