Pioneer-Selection-Ltd in Rugby is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a modern, automated factory. You will maintain, fault-find and perform preventative maintenance on production machinery to maximise uptime.

The role requires apprentice-trained engineers with engineering qualifications and experience in industrial environments. The offering includes a competitive salary (£56k-£62k), 12-hour shifts and a benefits package.

Qualifications

Job Role of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

You will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of fully automated production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.
• Engineering Qualification

Requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Must be Apprentice Trained
• Recognised engineering qualification.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Desirable Requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
• Apprentice Trained
• NVQ Level 3 or equivelent
