Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Location: Enniskillen, County Fermanagh

Salary: Up to £50,000 - £53,000

Shift Pattern: Days & Nights - 12 hour shifts

A leading food manufacturing site in Enniskillen is recruiting a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well‑established engineering team. This is a hands‑on maintenance role within a high‑volume FMCG environment supplying major UK and Ireland brands.

The successful Maintenance Engineer will work a rotating days and nights shift pattern, supporting production through reactive maintenance, planned maintenance and continuous improvement activity.

The Role - Maintenance Engineer

• Electrical and mechanical fault finding on production and packaging machinery
• Reactive breakdown response and planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Use of CMMS to log maintenance activity and parts usage
• Support continuous improvement and reliability projects
• Identify root‑cause issues and reduce repeat breakdowns
• Maintain high food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards

About You

• Experienced Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Engineer
• Strong electrical and mechanical background
• FMCG or food manufacturing experience preferred
• Comfortable working days and nights
• Proactive, hands‑on and reliability focused
