What You'll Be Doing
  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of production and packaging equipment.
  • Diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions to minimise downtime.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to engineering projects.
  • Working collaboratively with production and technical teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and food hygiene at all times.
What We're Looking For
  • A time-served engineer with a recognised qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment - food/FMCG experience is a bonus.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical skills - ideally with PLC fault-finding ability.
  • A proactive mindset with a can-do attitude and a team-first approach.
