Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)

Location : Birmingham

Salary : Up to £53,000 + benefits

Shifts : 12-hour Days & Nights (Continental Shift Pattern)

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-known and established manufacturing company based in Birmingham , who are seeking an Apprentice-Trained Multi-Skilled Engineer with a strong electrical bias to join their engineering team.

The Role :

Working as part of a skilled maintenance team, youll be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of plant and equipment through effective fault finding, repair, and planned maintenance.

Key Responsibilities :

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production and site equipment.

Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults across a range of heavy industrial machinery.

Work confidently with 3-phase control systems and PLC fault finding , ideally with Siemens PLCs .

Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
