About the Role

We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join our busy production site in Bingley. This is a hands‑on role supporting a world‑class manufacturing environment where you will help keep operations running smoothly, prevent breakdowns, and maintain equipment to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
  • Respond to breakdowns promptly, minimizing downtime.
  • Oversee and manage external contractors on‑site, ensuring safety compliance.
  • Participate in scheduled maintenance and project work across the facility.
  • Work safely at height and handle heavy equipment with appropriate tools.
  • Source and order parts and tools with cost‑effectiveness and sustainability in mind.
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience in a maintenance engineering role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across multiple departments.
  • Ability to independently research and solve technical challenges.
  • Health & Safety qualification desirable but not essential.
