Job summary

A housing association is seeking a Multi-Skilled Joiner to complete repair and improvement work. The role requires competencies in Joinery and another trade, effective communication skills, and a full UK driving license. Qualifications

Job description

As a Multi-Skilled Joiner you will complete all repair and improvement work safely, efficiently and to client satisfaction. You'll communicate effectively with internal office staff, colleagues, managers and customers whilst performing other duties as appropriate to the job level, including providing support to colleagues as directed by your manager.

This position suits a highly motivated, enthusiastic person, who can work in a fast-paced environment.

The right fit
  • You will be competent in at least two of the following trades (one of which must be Joinery): Joinery
  • You will have an NVQ Level 2 qualification in a core trade or equivalent
  • You will have a full UK driving licence
  • You will possess fantastic teamwork ability and communication skills
  • You will have full awareness of relevant H&S requirements
  • Experience of working within a Housing Association environment and managing repairs would be desirable
