Overview

Location: 2 Oxford Street stores & Stratford City store. Oyster card provided for travel. We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer with a HVAC (Refrigeration) bias to maintain and repair all operational equipment within high street retail stores.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair all operational equipment within high street retail stores, with a HVAC (Refrigeration) bias.
  • Deliver to the highest level of service for the client; answer queries; oversee planned PPM/compliance works; and keep the client informed of site activities.
  • Assist contractors and sub-contractors; ensure compliance with all statutory obligations; and complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
  • Prioritise own workload effectively while assisting other engineers/staff with their duties as required; maintain a flexible approach to work and working hours.
Qualifications
  • City & Guilds level qualification with experience in a maintenance / facilities management environment.
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building statutory compliance; able to apply this to the role.
  • Physical capability to carry tools and equipment by hand up to 20 kg; able to ascend/descend vertical access equipment; work at heights.
  • Available to join a call-out rota; hold a full UK driving license.
