• Maintain, install, and refurbish fabric and equipment.
• Undertake repairs and renovations across the GBS UK estates portfolio.
• Monitor the condition of GBS buildings and plan refurbishment projects.

Skills

18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification

Manual skills, knowledge of refurbishment techniques

Interpersonal skill

Familiarity with COSHH requirements

Full, Clean Driving Licence

Education

City & Guilds Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Electrical Installations
