Qualifications

• NVQ or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services is required.
• Proven maintenance experience across mechanical building systems.
• Sound knowledge of safety documentation and site safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical building systems and some fabric repairs.
• Ensure all delegated reactive works orders and PMs are completed within the contract-defined time SLAs & KPIs.
• Provide a significant contribution to overall efficiency, effectiveness and contract profitability and must, therefore, play its part in the overall delivery of service.
• To complete service sheets and update site compliance logbooks accordingly
• To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met.
• Support the site supervisor with the implementation of an integrated approach for the delivery of all contracted services ensuring that all works are delivered, safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Provide a callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota

About The Role:

Days of Working: This is a 4 on 4 off shift pattern - 07:00 - 19:00

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Hiring Criteria:

• Applicant must have the right to work in the UK
• Must have a current, valid driving licence.
• NVQ, or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Servicesalong with proven maintenance experience.
• Sound knowledge of understanding and developing safety documentation to ensure site safety procedures are always followed.
• CSCS Skills card or equivalent qualification.
• Understanding of First Aid
• IT Literate - Basic understanding of Excel & Microsoft products
