Multi Skilled Engineer

We're looking for a Commercial Multi‑skilled Engineer to join our Facilities Management team based in Westminster.

Location: Westminster – site‑based role
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, day shift work

What will you be responsible for?

As a Commercial Multi‑skilled Engineer you will support the Operations Manager in delivering high‑quality planned and reactive maintenance services across our Westminster portfolio.

Your day to day will include:

• Delivering both reactive and planned preventive maintenance to ensure full compliance and achievement of service level agreements.
• Working closely with the local engineering and administration team to plan workloads and maximise productivity.
• Managing and supporting subcontractors to ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and to Kier standards.
• Carrying out and submitting quoted works within agreed SLAs and budget requirements.
• Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience in commercial maintenance, including PPMs, reactive works, and contractor liaison.
• A strong mechanical background, with the ability to assist and guide colleagues where needed.
• Eligibility for SC Clearance (must have lived in the UK for the past 5 years).
