Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions seeks a Multi Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join the Skegness team. The role covers planned preventative maintenance, reactive works to building plant, equipment and systems, and small installation tasks.

The candidate should have an electrical qualification and be able to work to defined service levels, with responsibilities including reporting, liaising with sub-contractors, and maintaining safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

A basic education is essential with good written and spoken English.
Recognized Electrical Qualification required.
C&G 18th Edition in Electrical Installations is required.
C&G Test and Inspection knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

Carry out routine maintenance on electrical/mechanical systems to meet and exceed SLAs.
Carry out reactive repairs and liaise with sub-contractors as required.
Perform all PPM maintenance per instructions within Concept.
Report PPM defects via client process and liaise with defects supervisor.
Maintain weekly equipment reports and update status changes.
Ensure subcontractors are monitored and works left in satisfactory condition.
Sign off completed tasks via PDA in line with client policies and timelines.
Maintain professional CBRE image and deliver excellent customer service.
Establish good relationships with client representatives and personnel.
Maintain safe and healthy working environment and comply with policies.
