A leading recruitment agency in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a Multi Skilled Carpenter for a 6-month repairs and maintenance contract. Responsibilities include carpentry work and basic plumbing repairs. Candidates must have NVQ/City & Guilds qualifications or equivalent and full UK driving license. Multi Skilled Carpenter Required To Join A Repairs And Maintenance Team - Stratford Upon Avon

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Carpentry work such as repairing doors, frames, skirting boards.
• Basic plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, replacing taps, and unblocking sinks.

Requirements

• NVQ/City & Guilds qualifications or equivalent in Carpentry / OR Qualified by experience will be considered
• Full UK driving license (Max 5 points) No driving bans in the past 5 years
• Must be able to pass basic DBS check
• Social Housing experience
