Job summary

Beeston-based role: Multi Skilled Builder Roofer Multi Trader for our maintenance team. 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri 08:00-16:30, with 30 min lunch. £22/hour via umbrella or CIS. Van, fuel card, power tools and mobile phone provided. Beeston NG9 covers East Midlands properties.

Role involves slate/tile and flat roof repairs, soffit/fascia replacements, brick repointing, fencing, concreting, and working at height. NVQ2 in related trade and full driving licence required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in a related trade and a full driving licence required.
• Experience in social housing repairs advantageous.
• Asbestos awareness cert advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Slate and tile roof repairs.
• Flat roof repairs and replacements (felt and rubber).
• Soffit and fascia replacements.
• Brickwork repointing.
• Fencing, slabbing and concreting.
