Overview

MPR Site Services are currently supporting a well-established construction and facilities services company based in the West Cheshire area. They service a longstanding client base across Cheshire, Wirral and North Wales.

We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Builder to start on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bricklaying or roofing.

You will be given a company van to cover all building requirements for both new construction projects and renovation work across the various areas of service.

Responsibilities

• Laying bricks, blocks, and other types of building materials
• Constructing and repairing walls, foundations, partitions, arches, and other structures
• Reading and working from blueprints and drawings
• Measuring and cutting materials to required size
• Mixing mortar and cement
• Filling joints with mortar and finishing them
• Cleaning and maintaining work areas and tools
• Roofing
• General building requirements

Applicants must have

• A strong background in either bricklaying or roofing
• CSCS card
• Own tools
• Full UK driving license
