Platform Property Care is seeking an experienced Multi Skill Trades Plumber to join our Responsive Repairs team covering Hereford, Bromyard, Ledbury and Malvern. The role focuses on plumbing with additional trades, and requires NVQ Level 2, a valid driving licence, and DBS check.

You will deliver multi-trade repairs in customers’ homes and work in a mobile, fast-paced environment. Strong communication, customer service, and IT skills (PDA, Microsoft Outlook) are essential, as is a team-oriented,

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Plumbing is essential.
• Experience as a Plumber or multi-skilled plumber in building trades.
• Experience delivering multi-trade repairs for social landlords; driving licence essential; DBS check required.
• Experience with PDA and using Microsoft Outlook; good IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-trade plumbing repairs and related tasks in customers' homes.
• Work as part of the responsive repairs team across Hereford, Bromyard, Ledbury and Malvern.
• Aim to complete jobs right first time with good organisation and customer service.
• Be willing to participate in the out-of-hours rota.
