International Schools Today seeks a Groundsperson to maintain school grounds across Reed’s, Ripley Court and Feltonfleet sites. The role involves sports pitches, ponds, trees, hedges and general grounds upkeep, with weekend rotation and occasional minibus driving.

You will work within the Estates and Facilities team, ensuring safety, security and cleanliness of all grounds and facilities for staff, pupils and visitors.

• Health and safety awareness and compliance.
• Ability to follow preventative maintenance schedules.
• Willingness to train on site procedures.

Mansioni

• Assist the Grounds team in maintenance of school sports pitches (grass and artificial) and grounds facilities.
• Maintain hedges, boundaries and fences across three sites.
• Assist in pond, woodland and planted beds maintenance as required.
• Assist in tree maintenance and liaise with external contractors.
• Carry out routine maintenance of Grounds machinery and equipment.
• Support in early morning clearance of debris and general site upkeep.
• Drive the school minibus when required (with or without passengers).
• Promote site security and assist with events and general ESTATES duties.
