Job summary

The Adam Practice in Poole is seeking an experienced Research Nurse to join a collaborative primary care network delivering clinical trials across multiple sites. You will set up research services and work with the Lead Roving Research Nurse to maintain high standards of nursing care for participants and families.

Applicants should be NMC registered and have substantial research experience, venepuncture skills, and GCP training.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience within research.
• Experience recruiting, educating & monitoring participants in clinical trials.
• Venepuncture trained.
• GCP trained & certificate up to date.
• Knowledge of research governance and regulations (ICH GCP & EU directives).
• Evidence of leadership and management development.
• IATA trained.

Responsibilities

• Set up research services across all sites and deliver commercial clinical trials.
• Work with Lead Roving Research Nurse to ensure high standards of nursing care for participants and their families.
• Adhere to NIHR CRDC (Primary Care) protocols and GCP guidelines.
• Coordinate across collaboration sites and communicate effectively to ensure smooth trial operations.
