Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Manager or Project Manager in land development.
• Ability to oversee multiple sites and coordinate complex projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Visit multiple sites/projects daily to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage trades on sites to comply with Health and Safety regulations.
• Coordinate with the Operations Director on budgets and schedules.
• Troubleshoot issues with trades on-site as they arise.
• Liaise with Quantity Surveyors and architects as required.
