Job Title: Multi-site Learning Disability Manager

Location: East of England

Salary: £42,000 + £3,000 Car Allowance

Overview

We are seeking an inspiring and dynamic CQC Registered Multi-site Manager to join our Supported Living team in the East Region. This role is based in Central Bedfordshire, with oversight of services in Peterborough, Cambridge, Hertfordshire, and Northamptonshire. This opportunity allows you to assume full operational responsibility for five supported living locations, making a significant impact daily.

A valid driver's licence and access to a personal vehicle are required, with a £3,000 car allowance provided annually.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of person-centered services across your designated area.
  • Manage financial administration effectively, optimizing staff deployment and budget usage.
  • Oversee the smooth operation of services, managing staff allocation and supervision.
  • Deliver exceptional operational services, providing regular supervision to Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and/or Senior Support Workers.
  • Ensure efficient support provision for service users.
  • Demonstrate excellent administrative skills, prioritizing workload and maintaining financial awareness.
  • Possess extensive experience in social care management, with a strong understanding of the CQC Framework, Health & Social Services, and relevant regulations/legislation.
  • Motivate and enable staff teams to achieve positive outcomes, emphasizing best practices in care environments.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in improving and developing services for individuals with disabilities.
