A market-leading fresh produce business is seeking a Group Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to establish a strategic direction for health, safety, and environmental performance. This high-impact leadership role requires experience in multi-site operations, with responsibilities to improve safety culture and compliance across UK operations. The ideal candidate holds a NEBOSH Diploma and has significant HSE leadership experience.

• Significant senior HSE leadership experience in a multi-site operation.

• Hands-on experience in incident investigation, risk assessment, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver an HSE strategy improving safety performance.
• Lead and coach the Health & Safety Advisor and site-based representatives.
• Ensure compliance with UK and EU health, safety, and environmental legislation.
