Job summary

Project Start Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking a FGAS Technician for a leading facilities management provider in Hampshire. You will provide planned and reactive HVAC and gas maintenance across multiple sites, ensuring safety and standards.

The role involves PPM, breakdowns, repairs, and maintaining a wide range of HVAC and gas-fired equipment, with travel across sites and a strong customer service focus.

Qualifications

• F Gas / City & Guilds 2079 required.
• Unvented Water Heaters / G3 essential.
• 17th or 18th Edition desirable.
• Experience in HVAC / Gas maintenance across a multi-site environment.
• Full UK driving licence; willingness to travel daily.
• Professional, flexible and customer focused approach.
• Strong fault finding and hands-on maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled PPM and all required paperwork accurately.
• Respond promptly to Helpdesk service calls and alarms.
• Diagnose and repair faults within agreed response times.
• Service and maintain HVAC equipment including AHUs, gas fired heating, LPHW, DX coils, heat pumps, split AC, boilers, pumps, inverters, DHW boilers and water chillers.
• Identify non-repairable faults and recommend suitable replacement works.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with Health, Safety and Environmental policies.
• Work professionally across multiple sites and maintain excellent customer service.
