Job summary

The Compleat Food Group is hiring an ERP Project Manager for Nottingham. You will lead a multi-site ERP rollout across manufacturing sites, coordinating across Operations, Finance, IT and Supply Chain to ensure smooth integration and adoption.

The role requires proven ERP project delivery, senior stakeholder engagement, and strong vendor management. This is a hybrid role with Monday–Friday work hours, offering extensive benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven ERP implementation project management experience.
Experience with multi-site deployments in manufacturing environments.
Strong stakeholder management across Operations, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP across multiple factory sites.
Define detailed plans, timelines, milestones, resources and risks.
Coordinate with Operations, Finance, IT and Manufacturing for requirements and integration.
Manage vendors including Infor consultants and implementation partners.
Plan site readiness and go-live strategies with minimal production disruption.
Oversee data migration, configuration, testing (UAT), training and hypercare.
Maintain project documentation, status reports and executive updates.
Monitor budget, scope and quality through deployment lifecycle.
