Job summary

mydentist is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee performance across multiple Barking Road, Longbridge Road Barking, Old Kent Road and Sydenham sites. You’ll drive patient care quality while meeting financial targets and managing budgets, with oversight of receptionists, dental nurses and self-employed clinicians.

The role offers full-time hours (37 per week) across multi-site practices and a supportive team culture focused on development, recognition, and excellent patient service.

Qualifications

• Strong people management skills with ability to develop a team.
• Experience hitting targets, KPI s and budgets.
• Previous managerial experience in retail, leisure or hospitality sectors.

Responsibilities

• Drive practice performance with set objectives, including patient care and financial targets.
• Lead a multi-site team of practice staff and manage clinician contracts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and interpret financial data for commercial decisions.
