Job summary

Luminate Education Group is seeking a Customer Experience Team Leader to oversee reception and contact centre teams across its Print Works and Pudsey Sixth Form campuses in Leeds. You will be the frontline for students, staff and visitors, ensuring a friendly, efficient service and a positive first impression.

This role requires leadership, flexibility and a focus on training and process improvement, with travel across sites and involvement in open days and recruitment events.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a front-of-house role.
• Experience leading or managing a team.
• Willingness to travel across multiple campuses.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and busy environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the customer experience team.
• Coordinate rota coverage for annual leave and sickness to meet SLA.
• Deliver mandatory training and coach staff.
• Support admissions team through application to enrolment processes.
• Represent the campus at open days and events across sites.
