Qualifications

• Proven and demonstrable experience in project management within construction.
• Experience in working on occupied buildings and campuses.
• Experience of NEC3 Contracts and related health and safety standards.
• Ability to understand customer business requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of projects up to £15m in value.
• Provide health and safety leadership to teams.
• Support risk management for safe project delivery.
• Enhance client/stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure projects are completed snag and defect free.
