Job summary
SER Limited is seeking an experienced Commercial Electrician to join our team in Stockton-on-Tees. You will handle commercial electrical installations, maintenance and fault finding across various sites, with responsibilities spanning testing, reporting and client liaison.
The role requires 3+ years of commercial electrical experience, NVQ3 electrical installation (or equivalent) with AM2, and C&G 2391; a JIB Gold Card and 18th Edition knowledge are highly valued.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent with AM2.
- C&G 2391 Testing & Inspection certification.
- Minimum 3 years' commercial electrical experience.
Responsibilities
- Commercial electrical installation, maintenance and fault finding.
- Inspect and test electrical installations.
- Work with lighting, distribution equipment and control systems.
- Emergency lighting and fire equipment testing.
- Responsive fault diagnosis and repair.
- Prepare job reports, certificates and CRM records.
- Liaise with clients and site teams.
- Support apprentices and electricians' mates.
- Work safely across multiple sites.
- Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota, with additional earnings.
