onlyFE is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee day-to-day cleaning across Blackburn College campuses and external sites. This hands-on supervisory role ensures high standards of cleanliness and presentation, with travel between sites.

You will coordinate staff, allocate workloads, monitor performance and conduct quality inspections in partnership with the Facilities and Estates team. Hours include early mornings and rotating shifts, with occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising cleaning staff and delivering high standards of cleanliness.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to plan resources and workloads.
• Knowledge of COSHH regulations and health and safety in cleaning environments.
