Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Data Scientist for All-Source Intelligence to fuse multi-INT data, build analytical models, and surface decision-quality insights for senior leaders. You will automate pipelines, create dashboards, and translate collection requirements into repeatable, data-driven workflows.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in data science, strong Python/SQL or R, NLP experience, and a TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data science experience across structured and unstructured data
• Proficient in Python and SQL or R with Pandas/NumPy and scikit-learn
• Experience building ETL pipelines and querying APIs with Airflow or dbt
• Experience developing predictive models for intelligence assessments
• Experience applying NLP/text mining to reports and open-source content
• Experience integrating multi-INT data (SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT)
• Ability to synthesize narrative and quantitative findings
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Data Analytics

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to translate analytic questions into technical requirements and backlogs
• Design end-to-end data solutions: ingestion, storage, ETL, model training and delivery
• Develop statistical and machine learning models for entity resolution, anomaly detection, classification, clustering, and pattern-of-life analysis
• Build dashboards and lightweight applications that communicate key insights to varied audiences
• Guide teammates, set technical standards, and advance analytic tradecraft with modern data ecosystems
