Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a hotel front‑office environment.
• Experience managing diverse guest groups and ensuring satisfaction.
• Proven ability to manage room inventory to maximise profits.
• Strong people-development skills for the team and for self.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and maintain a cross‑hotel team
• Generate team rosters in line with budgets and forecasts
• Deliver exceptional guest experience 24 h a day
• Drive Accor Live Limitless membership enrollment for all guests
• Handle guest feedback, both in‑person and via online channels
• Maximise occupancy and upsell opportunities for accommodation and food‑and‑beverage outlets
