As a Parcel Courier, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering parcels to homes and businesses within your designated route. You’ll ensure that every delivery is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude toward customers. The role involves handling parcels carefully to prevent damage, using a handheld device to scan and track deliveries, and following all company delivery and safety procedures. You’ll also be expected to communicate effectively with the dispatch team and customers to resolve any delivery issues that arise. Maintaining a clean driving record, adhering to all road safety regulations, and representing Parcel Hub in a positive and professional manner are essential parts of this position.

Hourly Rate: This role pays from £12.50 per hour with time and a half for any overtime.

Working Hours: This is a Monday to Friday role starting from 11am and finishing at 8pm
