Job summary

DX Delivery in the United Kingdom is hiring an 18t Driver to deliver customers’ products to premises with a focus on exceptional service. You will represent DX, drive safely, perform daily checks, scan goods, and manage deliveries and collections on a multi-drop route.

You’ll complete daily checks and keep accurate paperwork, loading deliveries securely and following all safety procedures. The role offers competitive pay, pension, health plan and progression opportunities within a supportive

Qualifications

• Must hold C1 or above on licence with valid DQC and Tacho card.
• Maximum of 6 points on licence and no bans.
• Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to build a rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Represent DX in a professional manner at all times.
• Drive safely and legally with compliance to requirements.
• Complete daily checks and report defects.
• Scan deliveries using DX scanning equipment.
• Load deliveries safely before leaving the depot.
• Follow DX procedures and policies at all times.
• Manage routing for premium and timed deliveries.
• Ensure PPE and equipment are in good order.
• Report delivery and on-road issues to the traffic office.
• Ensure customers receive deliveries in excellent condition.
• Deal with customer issues politely and effectively.
• Make collections in line with instructions and times.
