Job description

Due to the ongoing expansion of our operations, we're on the lookout for Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers to join our team in Aston.

As the friendly face of our business hitting the road, you'll be responsible for delivering a variety of goods to customers on behalf of our in-house supply chain solutions. These deliveries are tailor-made for lone workers, making each drop as easy as possible.

You'll largely be in charge of your own schedule throughout the day, but a team of managers and colleagues will be on hand in depot if you have any issues. We're seeking individuals who can bring a positive attitude to the role, desiring a stable, long-term environment that respects the delicate balance between work and life.

Your Schedule:

Monday - Friday, delivering during regular office hours.

License Requirements:

Full driving license.

Your Duties As a Delivery Driver Include:

1. Being an ambassador for the company, representing us professionally during deliveries and on the road.
2. Performing daily vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and maintaining safe driving practices.
3. Loading your van each morning, confirming the load with a handheld scanning device, and securing it before departure.
4. Adapting to customer needs to provide excellent customer service.
5. Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe journey for all staff.

1. Reliable, approachable, flexible, with a good sense of humor and excellent communication skills.
2. Confident handling a 3.5-ton 'Transit' size van, physically fit, and interested in a long-term team position.
