Job summary

Cencora is seeking a reliable, professional Multi Drop Delivery Driver to join our Transport team in Avonmouth. You will deliver products safely and accurately, maintain vehicle standards and provide outstanding customer service during every interaction, while upholding GDP requirements.

You will work 48 hours per week (Mon–Sat) with a focus on efficiency, accuracy and branch collaboration to ensure a first-class customer experience and compliant transport operations.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence appropriate for the vehicle.
• Aged 21 or over for insurance purposes.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.
• Ability to work safely and follow Health & Safety procedures.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Willingness to complete GDP training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products accurately and efficiently to customers in line with company procedures and service standards.
• Maintain safe driving standards at all times, complying with road traffic regulations and company policies.
• Complete daily vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness, including lights, brakes, fluid levels and overall vehicle condition.
• Report vehicle defects, breakdowns, accidents, incidents or delivery delays promptly.
• Keep vehicles clean, presentable and well maintained internally and externally.
• Load deliveries accurately and verify orders against delivery documentation before departure.
• Collect returns, delivery bins, cheques and other items, ensuring they are safely returned to the branch.
• Maintain vehicle and product security at all times while building positive customer relationships.
