Job summary

ATA North is seeking reliable Delivery Drivers to join our growing logistics network as a self-employed position with a competitive day rate. A van is available for rent, and comprehensive delivery support is provided to help you succeed.

Pay includes a £180.00 flat day rate with weekly payments after a two‑week delay. Vehicle insurance is included, and a deposit option is available. This role offers flexibility and ongoing support from a local team.

• Average of 20–30 stops per day after training (reduced volumes initially).

This is aself-employed positionoffering a competitive day rate, consistent volume, Whether you are an experienced multi-drop professional or looking to transition into the sector, we provide the tools and support needed to succeed.

Pay & Vehicle Package

• £180.00 flat day rate - Please Note:Pay will be issued two weeks after the work has been completed. Payments will then continue weekly, maintaining a two-week delay between work completed and payment received.
• XLWB van available for £38.60 per day(7-day rental)
• Comprehensive delivery driver insurance included
• 24/7 vehicle use– personal or other contract work permitted
• £500 refundable deposit(upfront or 5-week payment plan)

What You’ll Do

• Multi-drop parcel delivery using handhelds provided by us
• Average of20–30 stops per dayafter training (reduced volumes initially)
• Waterfall patterns across 7 days
• Start times between 8-10am
• Freedom to manage your day with support from a local operations team

What We’re Looking For

• Previous multi-drop delivery experience is essential.
• Full UK manual driving licence
• Experience with long-mile deliveries is required.
• Confident in manual handling, as you’ll be delivering a mixture of small parcels and larger, heavier goods throughout your day.
• Able to work efficiently while providing excellent customer service at every delivery.
• Confident driving XLWB / Transit-sized vehicles
• Right to Work in the UK and ability to pass a background check
