Job summary

ATA North is recruiting Self-Employed Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers to join our growing operation in the UK. If you're reliable, comfortable driving a van and enjoy working independently, we want to hear from you.

Multi-drop experience is preferred but not essential - full onboarding and operational support is provided. What You'll Be Doing includes delivering parcels to homes and businesses with typical routes of 60-80 stops per day, and Newcastle routes of 70-90 stops per day.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence
• DBS check within last 3 months (if not, we can arrange this with cost deducted from earnings)
• Right to work in the UK
• Maximum 6 penalty points

• Reduced route volumes while you get up to speed
• Start times between 7:00am and 9:00am
• Using a handheld delivery device supplied by us

This is a self-employed opportunity with the ability to increase your earnings by taking on more work.

• ? Paid weekly
• ? Payments are made two weeks in arrears
• ? 17% service fee deducted from gross earnings
• ? Payments managed through Shield Accountancy

Don't Have a Van?

No van? No problem. We can introduce you to our preferred van supplier, who can talk you through the rental options available.

• ? 21 years or older
• ? Hold a full UK driving licence
• ? Have held your licence for at least 1+ years

What You Need

• ? Full UK manual driving licence
• ? Maximum 6 penalty points
• ? Right to work in the UK
• ? Comfortable driving LWB or XLWB vans
• ? Physically fit - some heavy lifting may be required
• ? Reliable and professional
• ? Good customer service skills
• ? Multi-drop experience preferred but not essential

DBS Check

You will need a DBS certificate issued within the last 3 months. If you don't currently have a valid DBS, we can arrange this for you, with the cost deducted from your earnings.
