Job summary

Dale Farm Cooperative is seeking a dedicated Multi Drop Delivery Driver – Class 2 to service the Ballymena area and surrounding Northern Ireland. You will deliver products to diverse locations, maintain high standards of customer service, and support sales opportunities as part of a busy logistics operation.

The role suits individuals with strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a willingness to work early shifts in a fast-paced environment. Full training and team support provided.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence with Category 2 entitlement.
• Up-to-date CPC and tachograph knowledge.
• Previous experience as a professional driver.
• Experience as a multi drop delivery driver.
• Knowledge of routes in Northern Ireland and Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to various locations in Northern Ireland and Ireland.
• Identify and develop new opportunities through customer interactions.
• Provide best-in-class delivery service to meet customer requirements.
• Work independently with support from the team to succeed in the role.

Dale Farm Cooperative is a UK dairy farmer co-operative owned by over 1200 dairy farmers who supply us with fresh milk. Multi Drop Delivery Driver – Class 2

We now seeking Multi Drop Delivery Drivers to deliver our products in the Ballymena area.

As a Multi Drop Delivery Driver, you will deliver product to various locations in Northern Ireland, identifying and exploring new opportunities and working closely with customers. You will also provide a best‑in‑class delivery service to customers to ensure their requirements are fulfilled, whilst also actively seeking potential new opportunities.

We are looking for candidates who can work on their own initiative, and who possess good communication and customer service skills. We will ensure that you are fully trained and have the support of our team so that you succeed in the role.

This is an important and key role within our operation, and we are looking for people with energy and drive, who are keen to develop specialist skills and take on responsibility.

What we offer:

• Opportunity to earn £40,000+ per annum (based on commissioned products)
• Early start and finish times (route dependant)
• Start time from 1am – 5am
• Finish time 12pm – 3pm
• Flexible shift pattern – 39 hours per week
• Cycle to work scheme

Requirements:

• A valid UK driving licence with Category 2 entitlement
• Up to date driver CPC and tachograph
• Previous experience as a professional driver
• Experience as a multi drop delivery driver
• Road knowledge of Northern Ireland and Ireland
• Completed applications must be received before 5.00pm on Friday 16 th October 2026
