GR Employment Ltd is recruiting a Courier Driver for a client in Southampton, offering a 40–60 stop daily, delivery-only route with a Mon-Fri 10:00–20:00 shift and an unpaid 1-hour break. The position starts on a temporary basis, with potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

You will be measured on customer satisfaction, efficient deliveries, and timely collections, while maintaining a strong customer-focused approach on every drop.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect shipments with a strong customer-focused approach.

• Cover occasional alternate routes as required to support business needs.
