A healthcare foundation in Folkestone is seeking a Multi-disciplinary Pathway Worker (Band 6) primarily focused on CAMHS assessments and support for young people with mental health challenges. The ideal candidate should be a graduate qualified health care professional with experience in complex interventions and the ability to work closely with multi-agency teams.
